If you’re looking for the easiest and quickest option, we offer direct buyouts on select furniture, home décor, and fashion. Bring in a single piece or a larger group, and we’ll make a straightforward offer. Choose cash or store credit, and skip the waiting, listing, and hassle of selling items one by one. Our buyout offers are based on what we expect to resell your item for and the time it may take to find the right buyer. If your item is larger, click here to submit a photo for review.
Consignment — 50/50 Split (Furniture Only)
We offer a curated consignment option for select, well-crafted furniture. Pieces are displayed in our boutique for up to 3 months, and when they sell, proceeds are split 50/50. If an item hasn’t sold after 3 months, the owner can pick it up or choose to donate it. Since you’re paid after your item sells, the 50/50 split creates a shared opportunity for a higher return instead of an upfront payout.

Our Estate Transitions service is a complete buyout of curated pieces and a supportive way to organize, sell, and manage the removal of your furniture, home décor, and fashion. Our pricing reflects both the value of your items and the time involved in making the process simple and efficient. Instead of dealing with the stress of selling items one by one, we handle everything from start to finish—so you can transition forward with ease and peace of mind.
